Mr.Liu Jianzeng, Chairman of Laiwu Manhing Vegetables Fruits Corporatioan. Born in 1965, a member of the Communist Party of China, with a bachelor's degree and Senior livestock breeder.

In 2001, he served as the general manager of Laiwu Manhing Vegetables Fruits And Provisions Processing Co., Ltd., in 2006 he served as the chairman of Laiwu Manhing Vegetables Fruits Corporatioan, and in 2008 he served as the secretary of the CPC Laiwu Manhing Party Branch. He is currently also a member of the Standing Committee of the Jinan Municipal People's Congress, the chairman of the Ginger Association of the China Chamber of Commerce of Food, Native Produce and Animal Products, the vice chairman of the Garlic Branch, and the executive director of the China Horticultural Society.

In recent years, he has been successively named as  "Model Worker of Shandong Province", "Excellent Communist Party Member of Shandong Province", "Star of Rural Areas in Shandong Province", "Economic Figure of Laiwu in 2013". In 2010, he was honorably awarded the title of "National Model Worker". In 2018, he was recognized as an innovative entrepreneurial talent by the Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2019, he was named as an influential figure in the economy of Jinan. In 2021, he was recognized as an influential figure in the science and technology of Jinan. In 2022, he was appointed as an advisor to the Agricultural and Rural Committee of the Shandong Provincial People's Congress and a master's degree supervisor for Shandong Agricultural University.
