In 2001, with changes in the foreign trade landscape, Manhing Company was established; the company started official operations in November and earned foreign exchange of 250,000 USD through exports in that year. In 2002, the company achieved independent operations, with foreign exchange earnings through exports exceeding 8 million USD in that year.
In 2005, with land circulation, we obtained EU GAP certification and launched a new pickling project - sushi ginger slices. In the same year, we planned the layout of the entire ginger and garlic industry chain, prepared to build a pickling industrial park, and introduced new deep-processing pickling projects, achieving an upgrade in product structure from fresh to pickled products.
In 2008, Qingdao Wanxing Company was established, and in the same year, our ginger was designated as the exclusive special product for the Beijing Olympic Games. In 2009, we began planning and designing a dehydrated industrial park.
In 2010, the construction of the dehydrated industrial park began, with the introduction of a complete set of production lines from Algarve in the United States, and the construction of a sewage treatment plant. In 2011, dehydrated garlic was officially put into production.
In 2012, we established an agricultural product quality testing and research and development center and obtained the national CNAS third-party external testing qualification. In 2013, we developed a cold chain logistics project. In 2014, we passed the certification of McCormick Company and became its supplier.
Processed products such as pickled and dehydrated products account for more than 50% of all export products.
In 2016, a new green and red pepper project was launched in the dehydrated industrial park. The domestic e-commerce department was established to create a new development landscape for the company.
In 2017, we began establishing factories in different locations and laying out our nationwide strategy. The construction of the Jinxiang Manhing factory commenced, marking the beginning of a new era of cross-regional and cross-border development for Manhing.
In January 2019, a new frying project was launched. In June, ginger was sourced from Thailand, marking the gradual realization of GINGER THE BIG's goal of "buying globally and selling globally." In August, the first container of garlic crisps was successfully shipped, sounding the charge for Manhing's advancement into the condiment industry. In October, we established a ginger base in Guangxi, located in China's most premium ginger and garlic production area, and the Xinjiang Alstonia pepper project with a capacity of ten thousand tons was put into use. In November, high-quality pepper was introduced, and the condiment brand "Taste Professor" was established.
In October 2021, the construction of the compound condiment project commenced; in May 2023, the main structure of the project was completed and topped off; and in October 2023, it was put into operation. In July 2022, the Safety Management Department was established, emphasizing safety in production and integrating safety into all aspects of operations, ensuring that every employee is aware of safety protocols! In 2023, the Amiba business model was introduced, emphasizing both practical learning and philosophy, injecting new vitality into the company's development. At the same time, the company's mission and values were revisited and refined, aiming to create a world-class corporate culture for Manhing!
In 2024, with the help and support from governments at all levels and all sectors of society, all employees of the company worked together to overcome difficulties, unite as one, and pursue the same dream. Despite the adverse circumstances, sales revenue increased, achieving export earnings of 300 million US dollars.
