Laiwu Manhing Vegetables Fruits Co., Ltd. is located in Zhuqujie Village, Yangzhuang Town, Laiwu District, Jinan City. Accumulated employment has driven 23 impoverished people, and "signing contracts, determining quality, and setting minimum purchase prices" has driven 15 impoverished people, totaling 38 people, achieving a per capita income increase of 6051 yuan.
1. Absorb seasonal workers to achieve employment.
Manhing leverages its industrial advantages and relies on dehydrated products industrial park, pickled products industrial park, agricultural product safety testing and research and development center, cold chain logistics storage center, etc. to attract more than 800 employees from surrounding villages and towns. In addition, it employs more than 100 seasonal workers each year. Taking 2021 as an example, it has absorbed a total of 126 workers from surrounding villages and towns this year, including 23 workers from 14 impoverished households, with an average annual income increase of 4780 yuan per person, One person has been employed and the whole family has been lifted out of poverty.
2. Establish self owned bases for land transfer and attract impoverished households to work in the bases.
In Gongjiazhuang Village, Zhaili Town, our unit has established a self owned base through land transfer. In addition to distributing transfer funds of 10000 yuan to a total of 28 impoverished households each year, we have also attracted 3 impoverished households to work in the base, with an average annual salary of over 40000 yuan.
3. Purchase local agricultural products at a price 10% higher than the market average purchase price to ensure stable income for farmers.
In order to better leverage the assistance and driving role of leading enterprises, Manhing has led the establishment of the Laiwu District Ginger Processing Association in Jinan City, and promoted the establishment of more than 10 agricultural production and service institutions in cooperative villages and towns, including the "Blue Pigeon Ginger Garlic Industry Cooperative", "Jiangyuan Ginger Garlic Professional Planting Cooperative", and "Good Harvest Agricultural Disease and Pest Prevention and Control Professional Cooperative". At the same time, a contract was signed with the cooperative to determine the variety, area, and minimum purchase price. For products that meet Manhing's purchase standards, Manhing will purchase them at a price 10% higher than the market average purchase price. The company also supports the establishment of more than 40 ginger and garlic purchase points, covering more than 40 administrative villages in towns such as Yangzhuang, Zhaili, Dawangzhuang, and Xueye. In 2021, the total amount of ginger purchased exceeded 32 million yuan. Taking Li Guoying's ginger purchase site as an example, a total of 728900 yuan has been paid for purchasing ginger this year, which can drive an average income increase of about 2000 yuan for each farmer.
Among them, according to the contract agreement, we purchased ginger from 5 impoverished households in Guafang Village, Dawang Town, including Wu Qinwen, Hao Kelin, Wu Hexiu, Wu Zengwen, and Wu Yanxiu, benefiting 15 impoverished people. We paid an average annual purchase price of 120000 yuan for ginger and increased per capita income by 8000 yuan.

4. Bringing technology to rural areas to support the development of agriculture through science and technology, and establishing a technology service team to promote rural revitalization.

Our company has always adhered to the path of technological innovation, and has established multiple research and development platforms such as the "Ginger Processing Technology Joint R&D Center", "Ginger Industry Technology Innovation Alliance", and "Shandong Academician Workstation". This has directly or indirectly driven the income growth of people in multiple industrial ports such as large-scale growers, family farms, agricultural product procurement stations, processing factories, and warehousing logistics in multiple regions; In February 2021, a total of 15 impoverished households were assisted in Dawangzhuang Town, Laiwu District.
