From August 16 to 18, 2013, experts from Beijing Zhongda Huayuan Certification Center came to the company for HACCP annual audit and recertification. Since the company passed HACCP certification in 2006, the internal management system and system documents are strictly implemented in accordance with HACCP standards. The audit unit is pickling factory and preservation factory, three audit teachers respectively from the environmental management, haccp management and food safety management three systems, carefully consulted the system documents, file records and other archival information, and the workshop site management was strictly audited. After three days of audit, with the full cooperation of the quality control department and the staff of all posts, the audit passed smoothly.
