Ginger has become a well-known brand and city card for the city's foreign agricultural cooperation and exchange, and the concept of "Laiwu ginger, health protection" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. A series of problems, such as imperfect quality and safety system, low level of deep processing technology, and disorderly competition in the product market, restrict the ginger industry to high-end and deep-level development. The establishment of Laiwu Ginger Processing Association plays an important role in promoting Laiwu ginger industry, product core technology competitiveness and international market competitiveness, cultivating ginger industry technological innovation chain, and accelerating the scale, clustering and international development of ginger industry.
