Manhing Industrial Park drying workshop 2 equipment after a week of debugging, in April 6, 2012 officially opened. The production line was introduced from the Buhler Group Algray, an American company with more than 70 years of experience in developing, designing and manufacturing large-scale industrial dryers. Based on the world's most advanced equipment and processes, our dehydrating products are of high quality, stable and efficient operation. The workshop is mainly divided into pre-treatment area and drying area. The equipment in the drying area adopts the imported chain-plate dryer, and the products are continuously and batch dehydrated by hot air heating. The whole dryer is divided into 3 sections, the temperature of the first section is the highest, up to 120℃, and the temperature of the 2 and 3 sections is gradually reduced, which can save the cooling process. The advantage of our production line is that the thermal power control system is clean, efficient and stable, which ensures that our company can provide customers with the best quality dewatering products. At present, the whole production line is running normally, and the daily output has reached 30 tons. The finished products after drying can be sold directly to the outside world, or they can enter the powder workshop for powder and granulation processing. The two workshops form a complete U-line production line.
